City Contracts (Nov. 2006)

(1)Every contract entered into by the City of Strathmoor Village shall be authorized and approved by the Commission and signed by the Mayor and/or the authorized Commissioner in charge of that service which is the subject matter of the contract.

(2) No contract shall be entered or purchase made, which is inconsistent with the annual budget and any amendments thereto, without the approval of the Strathmoor Village Commission.
